开拓矿淋水区巷道顶板围岩破坏规律及外注式锚注支护技术研究

受到顶板存在低层位弱含水层的影响,部分煤矿出现巷道顶板锚索孔长期淋水的现象,导致顶板泥质围岩软化、锚索支护结构失效,易诱发巷道顶板离层冒落等安全事故.文章以开拓矿 11 煤回风大巷淋水区为研究对象,通过围岩力学性能测试及钻孔窥视可知,顶板泥质岩围岩强度低、裂隙发育,容易遇水泥化.结合现场工程条件和锚注支护机理,提出了外注式锚注支护技术,并设计了淋水区巷道外注式锚注补强支护方案,通过数值分析、现场工业性试验和现场监测优化了补强支护参数和施工工艺,围岩离层变形量降低 48%以上,顶板淋水量减少 80%以上,确保了开拓煤矿煤巷淋水区顶板围岩稳定安全.
Affected by the existence of weak aquifer in the lower strata of the roof,the phenomenon of long-term water leaching in the roof anchor hole of the roadway exists in some coal mines,which leads to the softening of the mud surrounding rock of the roof and the failure of the anchor cable supporting structure,which is easy to induce the safety accidents such as roof breakaway caving.In this pa-per,the main drainage area of coal return air tunnel 11 is taken as the research object.Through the mechanical property test of sur-rounding rock and drilling,it can be seen that the roof argillous rock surrounding rock has low strength,cracks are developed,and it is easy to encounter cement.Combined with site engineering conditions and anchor-injection support mechanism,external anchor-injec-tion support technology is proposed,and a reinforcement support scheme of external anchor-injection for roadway in flood area is de-signed.Through numerical analysis,field industrial test and field monitoring,the reinforcement support parameters and construction technology are optimized,and the deformation of separated layer of surrounding rock is reduced by more than 48%,and the roof water is reduced by more than 80%.It ensures the stability and safety of the roof surrounding rock in the drainage area of coal roadway in the development coal mine.
