摘要

针对冲击地压煤层回采巷道过构造带面临冲击地压危险性大、围岩控制难度高等问题,提出综合采用卸压+超前加固方式确保巷道掘进安全,并在 11303 运输巷进行工程应用.根据生产计划安排,在邻近的 11301 综采工作面回采过地质构造带期间就通过水力卸压方式弱化顶板,降低 11303 运输巷围岩应力集中程度;在 11303 运输巷过地质构造带前通过大直径钻孔、底板卸压槽进行卸压,同时过构造带时通过超前注浆加固破碎围岩,降低振动冲击可能引起的冒顶、围岩失稳等影响.工程应用后,11303 运输巷掘进过地质构造带期间围岩始终保持稳定,巷道变形量较小,表明现场使用的卸压+加固技术措施效果显著.

Abstract

In view of the problems of large rock burst risk and high difficulty of surrounding rock control in coal seam mining roadway passing through the structure zone,a comprehensive method of pressure relief+advance reinforcement is proposed to ensure the safety of roadway excavation,and the engineering application is carried out in 11303 transport lane.According to the production plan,the roof of 11301 fully-mechanized mining face was weakened by hydraulic pressure relief during the mining of geological structure belt,and the stress concentration of surrounding rock of 11303 transport lane was reduced.Before passing through the geological structure belt,the transport lane 11303 is relieved through large-diameter drilling hole and floor pressure relief trough.At the same time,the broken sur-rounding rock is reinforced by advance grouting when passing through the structure belt,so as to reduce the impact of roof fall and sur-rounding rock instability caused by vibration and shock.After engineering application,the surrounding rock of 11303 transportation lane remained stable and the deformation of the roadway was small during the period when it was driven through the geological structure belt,indicating that the technical measures of pressure relief and reinforcement used on site were effective.
