摘要

针对台头煤焦公司上隅角瓦斯聚集问题,本研究对地质因素和开采因素对采空区瓦斯异常涌出进行了分析.研究结果表明,邻近层瓦斯和向斜构造区域是采空区瓦斯涌出的主要原因,同时回采时未及时退锚导致采空区漏风,造成上隅角瓦斯聚集.为了解决这一问题,本研究提出了一套综合措施,包括使用长距离顶板高位钻孔、插管结合堵漏风等方法来治理采空区瓦斯问题.治理后,上隅角瓦斯体积分数成功降低至 0.5%以下,有效控制了邻近层瓦斯的涌出,确保了工作面的安全高效生产.

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of gas accumulation in the upper corner of Taitou Coal and Coke Group,this study analyzed the abnor-mal gas emission from the goaf due to geological factors and mining factors.The research results show that the adjacent layer gas and the syncline structural area are the main reasons for the gas emission from the goaf.At the same time,the failure to withdraw the anchor in time during mining leads to air leakage in the goaf,resulting in gas accumulation in the upper corner.In order to solve this problem,this study proposes a set of comprehensive measures,including the use of long-distance roof high-level drilling,intubation combined with wind plugging and other methods to control the gas problem in the goaf.After treatment,the gas concentration in the upper corner suc-cessfully dropped below 0.5%,effectively controlling the gas emission from the adjacent layer,avoiding gas exceeding the limit,and en-suring the safe and efficient production of the working face.
