In order to solve the problem that the high dust quality concentration of the mine working face seriously affects the production safety and physical and mental health of the mine workers,the method of spraying is usually adopted in the coal seam working face,but at present,the spraying is mostly manual operation,and the ground control linkage of automatic spraying has not been realized on a large scale,the dust removal efficiency is not high and the spray will cause a large waste of water resources and increase the project cost.Therefore,in order to reduce the dust mass concentration of the working face and implement the"accounting culture"of the enterprise,a set of automatic and precise spray dust removal device with ground control was established on the 3308 working face of the Guozhuang Coal Mine,and the dust mass concentration before and after spraying was monitored and compared at 6 measuring points.The results show that both total dust mass concentration and exhaled dust mass concentration of 3308 working face are significantly reduced after spray treatment,with total dust mass concentration decreasing by 81.30%~91.00%,and exhaled mass concentration decreasing by 78.50%~90.69%.The automatic spray device can effectively reduce the mass concentration of dust on the working face,ensure the safety of the roadway environment and the health of workers,reduce the waste of water resources,and save the project cost.
