摘要

针对薄煤层切顶留巷工作面采空区瓦斯涌出量大的问题,提出在 6303 工作面通过控制采面配风、及时密闭挡矸支护漏风裂隙等措施有效减少采空区瓦斯涌出量,同时采用高位钻孔、低位钻孔及埋管方式抽采采空区瓦斯.现场应用后,采空区瓦斯抽采量稳定在4.5~7.2 m3/min,采面内及回风流内瓦斯体积分数控制在 0.28%以内,在后续回采期间未出现瓦斯涌出异常、体积分数突然增高等情况.现场采用的控制采空区漏风+采空区瓦斯抽采方式实现了薄煤层切顶留巷工作面采空区瓦斯有效治理.

Abstract

Aiming at the problem of large amount of gas emission in gob in the working face of thin coal seam cutting and retaining,it is proposed to reduce the amount of gas emission in gob effectively by controlling air distribution in the working face,timely sealing and re-taining air leakage cracks in the working face of 6303.At the same time,high level drilling,low level drilling and buried pipe are used to extract gob gas.After the field application,the gas extraction in the goaf was stable at 4.5~7.2 m3/min,and the volume fraction of gas in the mining face and return air flow was controlled within 0.28%.No abnormal gas emission or sudden increase of volume fraction occurred during subsequent mining.The method of controlling air leakage in goaf and gas extraction in goaf adopted on site realizes the effective control of goaf gas in the working face of thin coal seam.
