沉香的香味和药效取决于所含化学成分,也是决定沉香品质的重要因素.文中总结了沉香化学成分、真伪鉴定及质量分级方法等技术的进展,提出基于沉香特征化学成分建立真伪识别技术、分级方法和沉香产品的认证体系,逐步实现野生沉香与人工沉香、原产地及树种的鉴别,以规范沉香产业健康发展.
Review for Chemical Components and Quality Assessment on Agarwood
Chemical components of agarwood are contributors to aroma and pharmacological effects and therefore play important roles in quality assessment on agarwood. The authors made a review in chemical components, authenticity identification and quality grading of agarwood. They also proposed to develop authenticity identification technology and to establish grading method and quality certification system, aiming at identifying wild and artificial agarwood, original growing area and tree species for better development of the agarwood industry.
