Construction Thought and Layout Method of Digital Machining Workshop for Solid Wood Furniture
In the new era of industrial revolution,traditional manufacturing models rely on advanced information and technology to reconstruct production processes with flexible and intelligent characteristics.In order to explore the system structure of the digital machining workshop for solid wood furniture,the digital workshop with intelligent manufacturing technology was briefly summarized.Based on six applications of the digital workshop,including digital design,digital production,digital control,digital transportation,digital warehouse management,and digital security protection,combined with the relevant principles of the industrial internet,the construction content of the digital machining workshop for solid wood furniture was developed with the intelligent manufacturing mode.Using an authentic manufacturing case with large-scale production,the production line layout of solid wood machining workshop was elaborated.The novel technical solutions for the intelligent manufacturing mode of solid wood furniture were proposed.
