摘要
木塑复合材料(wood plastic composites,WPCs)的物理力学性能和加工性能优异,能防水耐腐、防虫蛀,是制造家具的理想材料,在家具产品设计和制造领域已有应用,但潜力尚未得到充分开发.阐述木塑复合材料的挤出成型、注射成型、热压成型、模压成型和增材制造技术的成型原理及制品性能特点,分析利用不同成型技术生产的木塑家具造型、结构设计现状,并针对木塑家具设计开发提出参数化技术深化造型、模块化思维拆分结构、数值模拟技术验证方案与工艺可行性的建议.
Abstract
Wood plastic composites(WPCs)have excellent mechanical and processing properties,such as waterproofing,corrosion resistance,and insect and pest prevention,making them ideal materials for furniture manufacturing.At present,the design of wood-plastic furniture has not been well developed.This article first expounds on the molding principle of WPCs,including extrusion molding,injection molding,hot press molding,compression molding,and additive manufacturing technology.It is analyzed on the current situation of the shape and structural design for wood-plastic furniture through different molding technologies.Finally,suggestions in the design and development of wood-plastic furniture are proposed on advanced modelling through parametric technology,modular logic for disassembling structures,digital simulation verification and process feasibility.
