"教育、科技、人才是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的基础性、战略性支撑。"习近平总书记在党的二十大报告中首次将科教兴国战略、人才强国战略和创新驱动发展战略三者放在一起进行系统谋划，统筹部署，为我们在新时代、新征程深刻理解三者之间的关系提供了根本遵循。本文主要从新时代教育、科技、人才一体化发展的时代内涵、构建新发展格局及铸牢强国之基三个方面进行探讨，以创新型国家和教育、科技、人才"三位一体"建设有力支撑现代化强国战略全局。
New Connotation Construction of a Modern Power:The"Trinity"Construction of Education and Talent Technology
"Education,science and technology,and human resources are the basic and strategic support for comprehensively building a modern socialist country."The strategy of rejuvenating the country through science and education,the strategy of strengthening the country through talent and the strategy of innovation-driven de-velopment are planned and deployed in an overall manner together for the first time by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the report of the Party's Twentieth National Congress.It provides fundamental compliance for us to understand the relationship between the three in the new era and the new journey deeply.We mainly probe it from three sides:the connotation of the era of the integrated development of education,science and technology talents in the new era,the construction of a new development pattern and the solid foundation of a strong coun-try,so as to effectively support the overall strategic development of China as a modern country through building an innovative country and the"trinity"construction of an innovative country and education,science and tech-nology talents.
