双高背景下高职"人工智能+专业"群赋能人才培养模式研究

文章基于人工智能技术架构及其技术体系,在双高建设背景下,提出"人工智能+专业"群人才培养模式。研究将专业群分为"基座"专业和"板卡"专业两大类。"基座"专业和"板卡"专业的课程平台、专业实训项 目、技术师资及实验平台共建共享,共同培养跨职业类型的复合型人才,为社会提供智能服务。以天津职业大学"人工智能+专业"群建设为例,创建了"双主体双融合四级能力递进"赋能人才培养模式。从组织体系设计、课程平台构建、产教融合平台搭建、实践基地、教师教学团队建设多个方面提出"人工智能+专业"群赋能人才培养的实施与保障建议。
Research on the"Speciality Based on Artificial Intelligence"Group Empowered Talent Training Model in Higher Vocational Education under the Background of Double High Education
Based on the architecture and technical system of artificial intelligence technology,this article proposes a"speciality based on artificial intelligence"talent cultivation model under the background of dual high construction.The research divides the specialty group into two categories:"base"majors and"board card"majors.The course platforms,professional training projects,technical teachers,and experimental platforms of the"Base"and"Board"majors are jointly built and shared to cultivate interdisciplinary and versatile talents,providing intelligent services for society.Taking the construction of the"speciality based on artificial intelli-gence"group at Tianjin Vocational Institute as an example,a"dual subjects,dual integration,and four level ca-pability progressive"empowering talent training model has been created.Suggestions for the implementation and guarantee of"speciality based on artificial intelligence"group empowerment talent cultivation from multi-ple aspects such as organizational system design,course platform construction,industry education integration platform construction,practice base,and teaching team construction are proposed.
