试论女性在新时代家风文化建设中的作用

摘要
党的十八大以来,中国女性在政治参与、教育和职业发展等领域作出卓越贡献,女性角色也逐渐发生变化.党的二十大报告提出,"弘扬中华传统美德,加强家庭家教家风建设".未来我国将继续致力于促进性别平等和女性发展.新时代女性在社会与家庭中的地位越来越突出,应不断提升其综合素质,充分发挥女性的能力和影响力,为家庭创造和谐、温馨、有益的环境,从而进一步促进良好家风、社会风尚的形成和发展.
Abstract
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Women in China have made remarkable progress in political participation,education and career development,legal protection,social awareness and other fields,and their roles have gradually changed.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Commu-nist Party of China proposes to"promote traditional Chinese virtues and strengthen the construction of family ethics through family education".In the future,China will continue to be committed to promoting gender equali-ty and women's development.In the new era,the status of women in society and the family is becoming increas-ingly prominent.We should continuously improve our overall quality and fully leverage women's abilities and influence,creating a harmonious,warm,and beneficial environment for the family.Thus further promoting the for-mation and development of good family and social customs.
