At present,blockchain technology has become an important national strategy,and the research on its application level is also expanding to various fields.As a technical system with distributed structure,block-chain technology also has broad application prospects in improving the quality and efficiency of non-prosecu-tion case handling of enterprises involved.This dissertation analyzes the pain points in the current process of handling compliance cases,and combines the characteristics of blockchain technology such as openness,trans-parency,decentralization,whole-chain leaving traces,and not easy to tamper with.It explores the application path of introducing blockchain technology into enterprise compliance,in order to promote the improvement of the compliance non prosecution system and better ensure the survival and development of private enterprises.
