With the continuous construction and development of"the Belt and Road"and the continuous promotion of China's cultural"going out,"Chinese traditional culture has also received wide attention.Shaanxi Opera is popular in northwest China,and as one of the four major types of Chinese opera,it is the oldest and richest of the four vocal systems."Zhou Ren Hui Fu"is the most representative play of Shaanxi Opera.This pa-per uses knowledge translation theory as the theoretical support to study the foreign translation of the film"Zhou Ren Hui Fu",and proposes what characteristics the English translation of the Shaanxi Opera film should have in the knowledge translation field,so as to provide inspiration for the continuous"going out"of Shaanxi Opera culture.
