网络空间命运共同体是人类命运共同体理念在网络空间的应有之义,也是习近平总书记关于网络强国重要思想的组成部分.中国倡议携手世界各国构建网络空间命运共同体有其理论和实践层面的时代价值,是对马克思关于世界历史理论和真正的共同体思想的继承和发展,也是对中华民族优秀传统"和合"文化的创造性转化和创新性发展.中国倡导构建网络空间命运共同体有其独特的比较优势,即新型举国体制的资源保障、以 5G为代表的核心技术突破、全面建成小康社会奠定物质基础、新时代以来网民素质普遍提高和中国方案的科学合理性.
Abstract
The community with a shared future in cyberspace is the proper meaning of the community of a shared future for mankind in virtual cyberspace.It is also a part of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important thought about network power.China's initiative to work together with countries around the world to build a com-munity with a shared future in cyberspace has its theoretical and practical value of the times.It inherits and de-velops Marx's theory of world history,Marx's idea of a true community,and the excellent traditional"harmony"culture of the Chinese nation.China's advocacy of building a community with a shared future in the cyberspace has its unique comparative advantages,including the resource guarantee of a new national system,the core tech-nological breakthroughs represented by 5G,the material foundation laid for a comprehensive well-off society,the general improvement of the quality of netizens since the new era,and the scientific rationality of China's plan.
