Analysis of Factors Affecting Satisfaction of Farmers'Professional Cooperatives in Heilongjiang Province
This paper statistically analyzes the data of 300 members of 60 farmers'professional coopera-tives in Heilongjiang Province,and uses SPSS20 software for Logistic processing to analyze the factors affecting the satisfaction of cooperative members.The results show that the cooperatives understand the situation and support the government.Understanding the situation,the size of the cooperative,whether it can owe the service,improving the income ability of the members,the type and frequency of the service,increaseing the sales price,improving the product quality,reducing the cost of production materials,have a significant impact on the satis-faction of the cooperative members,and the regression coefficient is positive;The government support and the government's lack of support have a significant impact on their satisfaction,and the regression coefficient is negative;their satisfaction with the factors is not significant.According to this conclusion,it is proposed to strengthen the government's all-round support and guidance to cooperatives,to regulate the operation of coop-eratives,improve the cohesiveness of members,to increase the scale of cooperatives and to strengthen policy recommendations for cooperatives on social service projects and strengths.
