Clarifying the internal mechanism of judicial civilization inheritance and innovation to serve the strategy of ruling the country in accordance with the law in a comprehensive manner is an important theoretical proposition to help promote the construction of the socialist rule of law.There is a conceptual convergence and fit between the two in the pursuit of the core goal of strict and fair justice,the value foundation of people's na-ture and the formation logic of development.In addition,the judicial civilization of continuous inheritance and innovation can also enhance the credibility of the judiciary and meet the requirements of the strategy of ruling the country according to the law in the judicial field by strengthening the subject's right-based judicial opera-tion and promoting the"emotional,rational and legal coherence"in judicial culture.This shows that judicial civilization,as the most important component of the civilization of the rule of law,is of great significance in contributing to the strategy of ruling the country in accordance with the law in all its aspects.
