Social Capital in High-quality Employment of College Students:Functional Mechanism and Functional Limit
As a new force to promote national development and social progress,the employment of college students has been widely concerned by the whole society.To promote the high-quality employment of college graduates has become an important talent strategic task in the new era to comprehensively promote Chinese-style modernization.The high-quality employment of college students is a kind of employment pattern which can better match talents and positions,have lasting stability and promote the development of productive forces and people's own development to the greatest extent.As a relational embedded resource,social capital can play an important and positive role in the employment field of college students,such as improving employment effi-ciency,reducing employment costs,enhancing employment stability and promoting employment confidence.Its functional mechanism is that the three structural elements of"trust""norm"and"network"inhere in social cap-ital complement each other and can provide guarantee mechanism,regulation mechanism and supervision mech-anism for college students'high-quality employment.Of course,the operation of social capital often exposes some practical risks.Therefore,the operation of social capital in the employment field of college students cannot damage employment equity,nor can it replace the core position of human capital.
