The Implementation Effectiveness,Challenges,and Response Strategies of Ideological and Political Education in Foreign Language Courses in International Cooperation Projects of Universities
The foreign language curriculum in international cooperative education is an important battle-field for the ideological and political construction,and an important platform for achieving value leadership and international talent cultivation.Although the ideological and political construction of foreign language courses has achieved significant results,English teaching in international cooperation projects still faces unique challen-ges,such as utilitarian teaching concepts,more international teachers,the infiltration of Western values,and lim-ited supply of ideological and political elements.Based on a profound analysis of the structural characteristics,this study proposes optimization measures for the ideological and political value of courses from the perspec-tives of building grassroots party branches,enriching the supply of ideological and political elements,optimi-zing foreign language teaching design.
