基于OBE的气象类创新创业课程教学模式研究

气象类创新创业课程教学常常以通识课方式开设,致使气象人才难以获得针对性和个性化指导。OBE理念,在学习结果导向、以学生为中心、真实情境学习、技能提升指引和评价形式多样方面具有显著优势,从解决课程教学设计固化、教师互动能力缺乏和学生需求多样等问题入手,构建了气象类创新创业课程教学模式。研究表明,在数字技术环境下,基于 OBE理念的课程混合式教学模式包括设计学习产出、实现学习目标和评价学习效果三个阶段,其中设计学习产出重在目标设定,实现学习目标重在教师与学生互动,评价学习效果重在过程性与结果性考核结合。这丰富了已有创新创业课程教学模式,探索了气象类人才培养模式,为气象类专业人才提高创新创业成功率提供参考。
Research on the Teaching Pattern of Meteorological Innovative and Entrepreneurial Courses Based on OBE
The teaching of meteorological innovation and entrepreneurship courses is often offered in the form of general education,which makes it difficult for meteorological talents to get targeted and personalized guidance.According to the OBE concept,it has significant advantages in learning result oriented,student-centered,real situation learning,skill improvement guidance and evaluation forms.Starting from the solidification of curriculum teaching design,the lack of teachers'interaction ability,and the diversity of students'needs,it has constructed the teaching mode of gas innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum.The research shows that under the digital technology environment,the mixed teaching mode of curriculum based on OBE concept includes three stages:designing learning outcome,realizing learning objec-tives and evaluating learning effects.Among them,designing learning output focuses on goal setting,realizing learning objectives focuses on interaction between teachers and students,and evaluating learning effects focuses on the combina-tion of process and result assessment.This enriches the existing teaching mode of innovation and entrepreneurship cour-ses,explores the training mode of meteorological talents,and provides reference for meteorological talents to improve the success rate of innovation and entrepreneurship.
