Based on the survey data from 263 upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain,this paper uses SPSS and SEM methods to explore the correlation between digital logistics,supply chain inte-gration and enterprise performance of manufacturing enterprises.The results show that digital logistics has a significant positive impact on both supply chain integration and enterprise performance,and supply chain inte-gration also has a significant positive impact on enterprise performance,and supply chain integration plays a partially mediating role between digital logistics and enterprise performance.Therefore,manufacturing enterpri-ses should strengthen the construction of digital logistics while focusing on improving the level of supply chain integration,making full use of information technology and resource sharing platforms,optimising the coordina-tion and configuration of logistics,capital flow and information flow,reshaping and upgrading the supply chain network,so as to improve the enterprise performance.This paper provides theoretical guidance and practical ref-erence for digital transformation and supply chain management of manufacturing enterprises.
