An Analysis of the Construction of High-level Teaching Staff in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Skilled Society
Under the background of the construction of a skill-oriented society,this study focuses on Mu-danjiang University as a sample.Based on analyzing the connotation and significance of skill-oriented society construction,as well as the typical characteristics of a skill-oriented society,it further elucidates the promoting role of high-level faculty team in vocational colleges under the background of a skill-oriented society.The study identifies challenging issues that hinder the construction of a high-level faculty team,including insufficient teacher skills,imperfect teacher training mechanisms,inadequate teacher evaluation systems,limited channels for recruiting teachers and serious teacher turnover.Subsequently,effective approaches to construct high-level faculty teams in a skill-oriented society are analyzed and researched.These approaches include enhancing teach-ers'skills and comprehensive qualities;improving teachers'training mechanisms;establishing sound teacher e-valuation systems and incentive mechanisms;facilitating smooth channels for recruiting teachers;strengthening international exchanges and cooperation among educators.These efforts provide strong guarantees for promoting the construction of a skill-oriented society and ensuring high-quality development in vocational education.
