Under the macro influence of the graphic and graphic era,screen capture technology has be-come a force that can not be ignored in many technologies.Its simple operation and media functions such as fo-rensics and entertainment have unique communication effects,and are favored by users.However,because of the popularization of screen capture technology,the private sphere is also accelerating into the public space,resul-ting in the blurring of public and private boundaries.In this case,screenshots may not only violate social ethics and the spirit of contract,but also violate the rights and interests of others.Therefore,in the face of the phenom-enon of screenshots,while affirming its positive role,we should also calmly examine the ethical issues of tech-nology,and regulate the rational use of new technology from the aspects of media literacy,laws and regulations.
