摘要
劳动模范们作为中华民族发展历史进程中的先驱,他们身上所表现出来的爱岗敬业、争创一流,艰苦奋斗、勇于创新,淡泊名利、甘于奉献的精神,激励着一代又一代的青年人矢志向前.大学生作为祖国崛起的希望所系,面对民族复兴的历史任务和祖国崛起的时代重任,唯有将劳模精神不断融入大学生思想政治教育全程.本文从劳模精神的内涵出发,展开论述劳模精神融入大学生思想政治教育的三层价值意蕴,提出了在劳模精神融入大学生思想政治教育过程中的知、情、意、行四个维度的实践路径.
Abstract
As pioneers in the history of the development of the Chinese nation,the model workers have shown the spirit of devotion to their jobs,striving for the best,hard work,innovation,indifference to fame and wealth,and dedication,which has inspired generations of young people to move forward.As the hope for the rise of the motherland,college students,facing the historical task of national rejuvenation and the important task of the rise of the motherland,can only continuously integrate the spirit of model workers into the entire process of ideological and political education for college students.Starting from the connotation of the model worker spirit,this article discusses the three value implications of integrating the model worker spirit into college students ideological and political education,and proposes the practical paths of knowledge,emotion,intention,and action in the process of integrating the model worker spirit into college students'ideological and political education.
