摘要

总体国家安全观是中国国家安全理论的最新成果,是实现"两个百年"奋斗目标、实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦不可或缺的重要安全保障.在总体国家安全观视域下找准国家安全教育能力的时代定位,分析高校国家安全教育能力现状,探究当前国家安全教育现实困境,对于提高高校国家安全教育能力具有现实意义.基于此探寻推动高校国家安全教育能力建设的现实路径,首先,从学校、家庭、社会三方面落实高校国家安全教育协同育人新机制;其次,从教学管理、学生管理、教师管理、质量管理、行政管理五方面入手,着力构建高校国家安全教育工作新格局;最后,从顶层设计出发,加快完善高校国家安全教育体系.

Abstract

The overall national security concept is the most cutting-edge scientific theory in China,and it is an indispensable and important security guarantee for realizing the"two centenary goals"and realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.It is of practical significance to find out the time orientation of national security education ability,analyze the current situation of national security education a-bility in universities,and explore the current realistic dilemma of national security education.Based on this,the paper explores the realistic path to promote the construction of national security education capacity in universi-ties.Firstly,implement the new mechanism of national security education in school,family and society;second-ly,start from the five aspects of teaching management,student management,teacher management,quality man-agement and administration;finally,accelerate the improvement of the national security education system from the top design.
