Psychodynamic Analysis of the Current Situation of Ideological and Political Implementation of College Teachers'Curriculum
Through the analysis of the current psychological dynamics of the teachers in the implementa-tion of curriculum thinking and politics,the direction of the implementation of curriculum thinking and politics is provided.In this study,a self-compiled questionnaire on the current situation of Ideological and political im-plementation of college teachers'curriculum was used to investigate college teachers in four sub-dimensions:i-deological and political cognition,emotion,spontaneous ideological and political behavior and teaching ideolog-ical and political behavior,and 229 valid questionnaires were collected.The results showed that:the scores of i-deological and political teachers were significantly higher than those of non-ideological and political teachers.The scores of spontaneous ideological and political behaviors of teachers who are Party members are signifi-cantly higher.Although there is no significant difference in the status quo of curriculum ideological and political implementation of teachers in different professional titles,academic qualifications,gender and teaching schools,the ranking trend of scores still has some significance.The score of ideological,political and emotional dimen-sion is relatively highest.According to the results of the study,psychodynamic analysis is carried out,and corre-sponding countermeasures are put forward to further promote the role of classroom education.
