An Exploration of the Path of Integrating Labor Education into Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Universities in the New Era
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jingping emphasizes the importance of labor education multiple times and makes it as a strategic task.The ideological and political theory courses in universities are the key courses to implement the fundamental task of cultivating mo-rality and nurturing talents.Both share a high degree of alignment in their educational goals,content,and meth-ods.Under the high attention of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the integration of la-bor education into ideological and political theory courses in universities has achieved certain results,but it also faces problems such as weak awareness of coordinated development among education subjects,weak ability of universities to coordinate work,single educational methods,and insufficient content of labor education in ideo-logical and political courses.Therefore,we can actively explore the integration of labor education into ideolog-ical and political theory courses from four aspects:ideological guidance,system construction,intermediary opti-mization,and precise docking.
