Under the background of the"double high"construction,the multi-level integrated talent culti-vation of"secondary vocational colleges,higher vocational schools and undergraduate education"is a key chan-nel for modern vocational education to cultivate composite talents.In recent years,Heilongjiang has been deeply promoting the top-level design and systematic planning of talent cultivation and connection between"secondary vocational colleges,higher vocational schools and undergraduate education",and has carried out reform pilot projects in building an integrated curriculum connection system and core curriculum standards,and promoting joint training projects between"higher vocational schools and undergraduate education"and"secondary voca-tional colleges and higher vocational schools".This article clarifies the goal orientation and value implications of the integrated and coordinated development of"secondary vocational colleges,higher vocational schools and undergraduate education"based on the perspective of"double high"construction.Taking Heilongjiang voca-tional school as an example,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the integrated and coordina-ted development of vocational education for"secondary vocational colleges,higher vocational schools and un-dergraduate education",and puts forward strategic suggestions for the reform of vocational education for"sec-ondary vocational colleges,higher vocational schools and undergraduate education".
