Realistic Dilemma and Path Choice of Digital Rural Construction in the Perspective of Chinese Path to Modernization
Digital technology represented by the Internet,big data,and cloud computing,is gradually in-tegrating into various fields of agriculture and rural areas,becoming the key force to promote rural moderniza-tion.The deep integration of digital elements and information technology has provided strong impetus for rural industrial reform,life improvement,modernization of governance,and comprehensive human development.However,digital technology empowerment still faces many challenges.The current digital construction in rural areas faces challenges e.g.as incomplete systems,incomplete policies,weak infrastructure,and a shortage of digital talents.It is necessary to strengthen top-level design,improve relevant laws and regulations,accelerate infrastructure construction,promote the popularization and application of digital technology according to local conditions,follow the cultivation and introduction of digital talents from a strategic perspective,so that giving full play to the enabling role of digital technology in rural modernization,comprehensively promoting the rural revitalization strategy,and accelerating the pace of rural modernization,which is also the proper meaning of Chinese path to modernization.
