摘要
外语教师的数字胜任力培养需要以科学模式为基础.国际上现有的几个教师数字胜任力框架为探讨外语教师的数字胜任力提供了参照.外语教师的数字胜任力在数字化的课程规划、课程设计、课程评估与修正等方面得以体现.探讨外语教师的数字胜任力应顾及数字技术的持续迭代更新以及教师对数字技术所具有的能动性.借助数字技术实施以学习者为中心的教学是外语教师数字胜任力的主要表征.外语教师数字胜任力的培养必须立足于具体的教学环境.
Abstract
The cultivation of digital competence of foreign language teachers needs to be based on scien-tific models.Several existing international teacher digital competency frameworks provide a reference for explo-ring the digital competency of foreign language teachers.The digital competence of foreign language teachers is reflected in digital curriculum planning,curriculum design,curriculum evaluation and revision.Exploring the digital competence of foreign language teachers should take into account the continuous iterative update of dig-ital technology and the initiative of teachers to digital technology.Implementing learner-centred teaching with the help of digital technology is a major indicator of foreign language teachers'digital competence.The cultiva-tion of foreign language teachers'digital competence must be based on the specific teaching environment.
