摘要
在健康中国大环境下,在黑龙江省"4567"现代产业体系战略背景下,为保障药品安全,提升药品生产、质量检测和经营管理全链条技术技能人才的培养水平,以黑龙江农业经济职业学院为例本着与地方政府、行业企业、中职院校、科研院所"合作发展、资源共享、优势互补、互惠互利"的原则,对接地方产业人才需求,打造"全岗融通·专岗聚向·定岗提升"的人才培养路径.
Abstract
Under the Healthy China initiative and the"4567"modern industrial system strategy of Hei-longjiang Province,the pharmaceutical industry in Heilongjiang has developed rapidly.To ensure drug safety and enhance the cultivation level of technical skills talents throughout the entire chain of drug production,quali-ty testing,and business management,Heilongjiang Vocational College of Agricultural Economy(hereafter re-ferred to as our college)collaborates with local governments,industry enterprises,secondary vocational schools,and scientific research institutions.Adhering to the principles of"cooperative development,resource sharing,complementary advantages,and mutual benefit,"it shall align with the local industrial talent demands to create a talent cultivation path characterized by"Integrated Positions,Specialized Focus,and Targeted Improvement."
