摘要
随着我国职业教育改革的不断深化,职业教育纵向贯通越来越受到社会的关注,在此背景下,中高职院校在人才培养的过程中应该加强对自身问题的分析,并探讨解决之道.本文以有效实施中高职贯通为基本思路,对中高职一体化人才培养中的问题进行深入的研究,分析了中高职贯通中存在的问题,力求从整体上对当前发展与改革中的中高职贯通进行思考,并探讨发展对策,以期对中高职教师有所启发.
Abstract
With the deepening of the reform of China's vocational education system,the vertical connec-tion of vocational education is widely concerned by the society,in the process of talent training,which should analyze their own problems,and explore their solutions.This paper takes how to more effectively implement the middle of higher vocational education as the basic idea,especially the integration of talent training in the prob-lem,analyzes the problems existing in the middle of higher vocational education,it shall focus on the current de-velopment and reform of the middle and higher vocational teachers through thinking,and explore the develop-ment countermeasures,hoping to bring some inspiration to the middle and higher vocational teachers.
