Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Bacterial Community Composition in Black Soil
In this study, the typical black topsoil from Heilongjiang Province was collected, and high-throughput sequencing of 16S rRNA was carried out to study the distribution of the bacterial taxa in the soil.We found bacterial community in chernozem had a small number of high-abundance OTUs,but their relative abundance was high;concurrently, while the low-abundance OTUs was in large number, their relative abundance was low.The difference between the bacterial community in the chernozem soils was reflected appropriately by the composition of the low abundance taxa.Organic carbon, total nitrogen and total phosphorus are the main environmental factors that affect the structure of abundant and rare bacterial groups.
