In this study involving 18 patients with knee osteoarthritis,the clinical efficacy of the combination of Maitland technique and interferential current therapy for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis was observed.The results after 4 weeks of treatment demonstrated a significant improvement in pain reduction,increased range of motion in the knee joint,and enhanced walking and daily life activities in patients who received Maitland technique combined with interferential current therapy,as compared to those who underwent sole Maitland technique.
