Research On Post-activation Potentiation In Male University Students Lower Limbs Power Of Multiple Sets of Semi-squat Strength Training
Using 14 male college students majoring in sports training with experience in strength training as the research subjects,this study analyzed the impact of multiple groups of semi squat strength training PAP effects on their lower limb explosive strength.Determine the experimental plan for inducing PAP effect,conduct multiple groups of barbell squat training,and explore the trend of changes in PAP effect in multiple groups of barbell squat training.The experimental results show that the PAP effect induction schemes with different load intensities can induce good activation effects,and the PAP effect scheme with 85%RM load intensity is the best;The PAP effect can also maintain a good enhancing effect in multiple strength training groups,and it is advisable to use 1-6 training groups for strength training.
