Using the fieldwork method and the documentary data method,the research on the traditional sports of the Hezhe ethnic group"fork grass ball"was carried out.It is of great significance to trace the origin and flow of the"fork grass ball"culture,explore its social function in a specific time and space situation,and maintain the development of the Hezhe people.The study believes that the"fork grass ball"culture itself has the function of social interaction,emotional connection,education inheritance,and social constraint.
