摘要

利用生物信息学方法对欧洲油菜(Brassica napus L.)的miR172(简称Bna-miR172)基因家族成员进行前体序列二级结构预测、序列保守性分析、系统发育进化树分析、靶基因预测及组织特异性表达分析.Bna-miR172 基因家族的二级结构为稳定的茎环结构;Bna-miR172 家族成员的成熟序列高度保守,前体序列在产生成熟序列的位置高度保守;系统进化树分析表明,Bna-miR172 基因家族与Bju-miR172 基因家族的亲缘关系相近.Bna-miR172 基因家族成员的靶基因以AP2 类转录因子为主,推测靶基因的功能主要是参与植物的成花作用、植株发育以及植物的逆境胁迫响应.

Abstract

In this paper,bioinformatics methods were used to predict the secondary structure,sequence conservation,phylogenetic tree,target gene prediction and tissue specific expression of miR172(Bna-miR172)gene family members in European rapeseed(Brassica napus L.).The secondary structure of Bna-miR172 gene family is stable stem-ring structure.The mature sequences of Bna-miR172 family members were highly conserved,and the precursor sequences were highly conserved at the locations where the mature sequences were produced.Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that Bna-miR172 gene family was closely related to Bju-miR172 gene family.The target genes of Bna-miR172 gene family members are mainly AP2 transcription factors,and it is speculated that the functions of target genes are mainly involved in flower formation,plant development and plant stress response.These results provide a theoretical basis for the function study of Bna-miR172 gene family.
