基于Workbench的单轨吊驱动部轻量化设计

设计一款单轨吊驱动部轻量化装置.运用SolidWorks 对闸片进行三维建模,利用 Workbench 软件进行数值模拟和有限元分析,通过静力学应力应变特性,对闸片采用尺寸优化、形状优化、形貌优化,使用Workbench的拓扑优化求出闸片轻量化最优解.优化结果表明:在保证闸片强度以及刚度的前提下,闸片的质量最大可降低 16.04%,节约了驱动部的制造成本,提高了材料利用率,在满足使用条件的前提下,实现了节能轻量化要求.
Workbench-based Lightweight Design of Monorail Crane Drive Section
Design a lightweight device for monorail crane drive section.Three-dimensional modeling of the gate plate using SolidWorks,numerical simulation and finite element analysis using Workbench software,through the static stress-strain characteristics of the gate plate using size optimization,shape optimization,morphology optimization,and the use of topology optimization of Workbench to find out the optimal solution for the lightweighting of the gate plate.Optimization results show that:under the premise of ensuring the strength and stiffness of the gate plate,the mass of the gate plate can be reduced by up to 16.04%,which saves the manufacturing cost of the drive section,improves the utilization rate of the material,and realizes the requirement of energy saving and lightweighting under the premise of meeting the usage conditions.
