目的 探讨血清CXC趋化因子受体 4(CXC chemokine receptor 4,CXCR4)、趋化因子 3(C-C Motif Chemokine3,CCL3)、趋化素样因子-1(chemokine like factor-1,CKLF-1)水平与支气管哮喘患儿肺功能的相关性.方法 选取我院 2021年 6 月至2023 年6 月收治的103 例支气管哮喘患儿为观察组,同期103 例健康体检儿童为对照组.比较两组入院时血清CX-CR4、CCL3、CKLF-1 水平及肺功能指标[第 1 秒用力呼气容积(forced expiratory volume in one second,FEV1)、呼气峰值流速占比预计值百分比(peak expiratory flow,PEF)、第1 秒用力呼气容积/用力肺活量(forced expiratory volume in one second/forced vi-tal capacity,FEV1/FVC)、用力肺活量(forced vital capacity,FVC)],采用Pearson分析相关性,采用绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)分析联合诊断价值.结果 观察组血清CXCR4、CCL3、CKLF-1 水平高于对照组(t1=44.430;t2=22.036;t3=26.314,P<0.05);观察组PEF、FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC水平低于对照组(t1=19.329;t2=19.524;t3=11.088;t4=25.812,P<0.05);血清CXCR4、CCL3、CKLF-1 水平与PEF、FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC均呈负相关(P<0.05);联合诊断最佳敏感度、特异度为 92.23%、72.82%.结论 血清CXCR4、CCL3、CKLF-1 水平与疾病密切相关,可作为临床诊断疾病的重要依据.
Correlation analysis of serum CXCR4,CCL3,CKLF-1 levels and lung function in children with bronchial asthma
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum CXC chemokine receptor 4(CXCR4),C-C Motif Chemo-kine3(CCL3)and chemokine like factor-1(CKLF-1)levels and lung function in children with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 103 children with bronchial asthma admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the observation group,and 103 healthy children during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of serum CXCR4,CCL3,CKLF-1 and pulmo-nary function indexes[forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume in the first second/forced vital capacity(FEV1/FVC),and forced vital capacity(FVC)]were compared between the two groups at ad-mission.Correlation was analyzed by Pearson's method,and the combined diagnostic value was analyzed by receiver operating character-istics(ROC)analysis.Results The levels of serum CXCR4,CCL3 and CKLF-1 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(t1=44.430;t2=22.036;t3=26.314,P<0.05).The levels of PEF,FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(t1=19.329;t2=19.524;t3=11.088;t4=25.812,P<0.05);Serum CXCR4,CCL3 and CKLF-1 levels were negatively correlated with PEF,FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC(P<0.05).The optimal sensitivity and specificity of combined diagnosis were 92.23%and 72.82%.Conclusion Serum CXCR4,CCL3 and CKLF-1 levels are closely related to the disease,which can be used as an important basis for clinical diagnosis.
