老年人口腔健康素养、营养状况与口腔衰弱的关系

摘要
目的 探讨老年人口腔健康素养、营养状况与口腔衰弱的关系.方法 采用简约版口腔健康素养量表(HeLD-14)、微型营养评定法简表(MNASF)和口腔衰弱指数-8,对 517 名老年人进行调查.结果 老年人口腔衰弱得分为(4.77±2.43)分,口腔衰弱发生率为 47.8%;口腔健康素养得分为(42.88±11.41)分;营养状况得分为(12.29±1.96)分,营养风险检出率为 28.8%.营养状况在口腔健康素养及口腔衰弱间起中介效应,中介效应占总效应的 29.20%.结论 老年人口腔衰弱发生率较高,营养状况在口腔健康素养与口腔衰弱间起中介作用及调节效应,鼓励老年人提高口腔健康素养水平,加强营养支持,减少口腔衰弱的发生.
Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between oral health literacy,nutritional status and oral frailty in the elderly.Methods 517 elderly people were surveyed using the Oral Health Literacy Scale(HeLD-14),the Miniature Nutrition Assessment Short Form(MNA-SF)and oral frailty index-8.Results The score of oral frailty was(4.77±2.43),and the incidence of oral frailty was 47.8%.The scores of oral health literacy were(42.88±11.41);The nutritional status score was(12.29±1.96),and the detection rate of nutritional risk was 28.8%.The mediating effect between oral health literacy and oral frailty was 29.20%of the total effect.Con-clusion The incidence of oral frail among the elderly is high.Nutritional status plays an intermediary role and regulating effect between oral health literacy and oral frail.The elderly should be encouraged to improve oral health literacy,strengthen nutritional support and re-duce the incidence of oral frail.
