Objective To systematically review the qualitative research of cancer pain self-management experience of cancer patients,and provide reference for standardized management of cancer pain.Methods Qualitative research literature on self-manage-ment experience of cancer pain patients included in PubMed,Web of Science,the Cochrane Library,MedLine,CINAHL,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang,and VIP databases from establishment to June 2024 were searched.JBI Evidence-based Health Care Center qualitative re-search quality evaluation tool was used to evaluate the literature quality,and pooled meta-integration method was used to integrate the literature.Results A total of 11 studies were included,yielding 79 research outcomes that were distilled into 11 new categories and in-tegrated into 4 results:the impact of cancer pain on patients,self-management strategies for cancer pain patients,motivation for cancer pain patients'self-management,and challenges for cancer pain patients'self-management.Conclusion Medical staff should focus on the self-management experience of cancer patients,and carry out targeted ability training and psychological intervention according to the influencing factors of self-management,to reduce the obstacles of cancer pain management and improve the self-management level of patients.
