A Synthesis of Willingness and Influencing Factors of The Peasants to Mortgage The Management Right of Land Contract--Taking XinZhuang Town,ChangShu City for Instance
sThe paper supposes that China allows the peasants to mortgage the management right of land contract to analyze the influencing factors of the peasants'willingness.According to documents,we choose eight interior factors (sex\age\education\career\homestyle\school age children\income\collective dividend income)and one exterior factor(Social security policy)to analyze the influence of them to the peasants'willingness.The paper also aims to provide relative materials for subsequent studies and advices of policy for the govern-ment.
