[目的]梳理总结近年来蜜蜂全基因组重测序相关研究情况,以期为以后与蜜蜂相关研究提供思路.[方法]检索查阅蜜蜂全基因组重测序相关文献,进行归纳总结,获得蜜蜂全基因组重测序的研究进展.[过程]自2006年以来,全基因组重测序广泛应用于蜜蜂的进化起源、遗传多样性和环境适应性等多方面的研究,大量与蜜蜂抗逆性、生长发育、气候适应等相关基因信息也逐步被研究者所熟知.[结论]随着基因组测序的飞速发展以及测序成本的降低,使得采用全基因组重测序技术对蜜蜂展开研究分析更加趋于常态化,这为挖掘更多的蜜蜂基因组信息提供便利,也为蜜蜂品种改良和保护优异的种质资源奠定基础.
Research Progress of Honeybee Whole Genome Resequencing
[Purposes]To give idea for future bee research,we describe the research state of bee whole genome resequencing in recent years.[Methods]Resequencing related literatures of honeybee whole genome re-sequencing were searched and summarized to obtain the research progress of honey bee whole genome resequencing.[Results]Since 2006,whole-genome resequencing has been widely used in research on the evolutionary origin,genetic diversity,and environmental adaptability of honeybees.A large amount of genetic information related to stress resistance,growth and climate adaptation of honeybees has also been used.Gradually be known to researchers.[Conclusion]With the rapid development of genome sequencing and the reduction of sequencing costs,the use of whole-genome resequencing technology to conduct research and analysis on bees has become more normalized,which provides convenience for mining more bee genome information,and also for bee species Improve and protect excellent germplasm resources to lay the foundation.
