纵剖优选锯主轴调整系统改造研究

为了提高毛边板材的出材率、生产效率和加工精度,文章改进了一台单锯片上轴式纵剖圆锯机的主轴系统结构.先进行主轴调整组件的总体结构设计和主轴调整系统样机试制,然后进行锯切试验.试验结果表明:在有轴向约束情况下,移动锯片锯切稳定性良好.
Research on reformation of adjusting system for optimum saw spindle
In order to improve the yield,productivity and machining accuracy of raw edge sheet,the main shaft system structure of a single-blade vertical cutting circular saw was improved.Complete the overall structure design of the spindle adjusting assembly,carry out the prototype of the spindle adjusting system,carry out the sawing test.The results show that the sawing stability of moving saw blade is good under axial constraint.
