铺料机拨料装置的受力分析与结构优化设计

摘要
拨料桨作为铺料机拨料装置的关键部件,其结构设计的合理性是影响拨料轴强度和拨料装置的总体性能的重要因素,文章以新研制的田间草腐食用菌培养料铺料机拨料装置的拨料桨为研究对象,对其进行受力分析,并运用Solid-Works simulation有限元静力分析展开验证,实现对拨料装置的设计优化.
Abstract
As the key component of the spreading device of the spreading machine,the rationality of its structural design directly affects the strength of the pulling shaft and the overall performance of the pulling device,this paper takes the newly developed"field grass rot edible fungus culture spreading equipment"pulling paddle as the object,analyzes the force,and uses SolidWorks simulation finite element static analysis to verify the design optimization of the pickling device.
