摘要
随着生活水平的提高,携带婴儿长途旅行的人数逐年增加,出行携带背包及婴儿推车体力消耗较大.文章设计一种背包式婴儿座椅,采用环保塑料PP制造座椅的硬质本体骨架,在骨架外侧安装布面,可作为背包使用;将座椅固定在行李箱上,可作为推车使用;背板与本体之间安装角度调节机构,座椅可做小床使用.有限元仿真结果表明:齿轮及齿圈的强度能满足使用需求,安全性能较好.
Abstract
With the improvement of living standards,the number of people carrying babies on long-distance trips has increased year by year,and the physical consumption of carrying backpacks and baby strollers is larger.This article designs a backpack-style baby seat using an environmentally friendly PP material for the seat's rigid frame,with fabric installed on the outer side of the frame for use as a backpack.The seat can be fixed on a suitcase to serve as a stroller.An angle adjustment mechanism is installed between the backrest and the main body,allowing it to be used as a small bed.Finite element simulation results show that the strength of the gears and gear rings meets the usage requirements,and the safety performance is good.
