数控车外轮廓仿形加工宏程序优化设计研究

规划一个从安全起刀点经完整外轮廓轨迹节点的循环路线,可以实现精加工循环.利用宏程序可将精加工轨迹分层偏移为多层仿形粗加工轨迹,利用宏程序条件判断语句,使超出毛坯范围的粗加工轨迹路线得到优化,形成CAM数控车自动编程的完整效果.方法可以极大地提高数控编程者的运算和工艺参数控制能力.
Research on macroprogram optimization design for CNC lathe contour machining
Select a safe starting point that is slightly larger than the blank diameter.First of all,we plan a cycle route from the starting point to the complete contour trace node,which can realize the finishing cycle.Then,the finish machining path is shifted to multi-layer rough machining path by macroprogram.At last,the path of rough machining beyond the range of blank can be optimized by using the conditional judgment statement of macroprogram.Then the equivalent complete effect of automatic programming of CAM numerical control lathe can be formed.This method can greatly improve the numerical control programmer's operation and process pa-rameter control ability.
