摘要

充分利用现有低负荷或闲置的设备解决新的产能需求,是每个企业都有可能面临的问题.文章介绍某企业通过优化产品机械加工工艺流程,开发新工装夹具等方式,将部分产能转移到闲置设备上,腾出产能用于投产新产品,从而提高整体设备利用率,满足新产品的量产需求.

Abstract

Making full use of existing low-load or idle equipment to solve new capacity needs is a problem that every enterprise may face.This paper introduces that the enterprise transfers the capacity of the saturated equipment to the idle equipment by optimiz-ing the process flow of product machining and developing new tooling fixtures,so as to free up the capacity for the newly put into pro-duction,thereby improving the overall equipment utilization rate to meet the mass production needs of new products.
