摘要
文章分析福建省新型数字基础设施现状,从软、硬基础设施和网民基础等维度构建新型数字基础设施指标体系,运用熵值法对福建省2017-2021年新型数字基础设施发展水平进行评价.根据目前存在问题和困境,在投融资、"建"与"用"、人才引育等层面提出对策建议,助力福建省新型数字基础设施高质量发展.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the current situation of new digital infrastructure in Fujian Province,constructs a new digital infra-structure index system from the dimensions of soft and hard infrastructure,and netizen base,and uses the entropy method to evaluate the development level of new digital infrastructure in Fujian from 2017 to 2021.According to the current problems and predicaments,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward at the levels of investment and financing,construction and use,and talent introduc-tion and education,so as to help the high-quality development of Fujian's new digital infrastructure.
