从部队战士到大学生的身份转变,退役复学大学生群体面临重新适应校园生活的问题.高校作为培养人才的主阵地,应给予充分关注.文章分析了退役复学大学生面临的问题,从高校"三全育人"的视阈,探讨解决退役复学大学生适应性问题的有效路径.
Abstract
From the identity of soldiers to college students,the retired college students are faced with the problem of readjusts to campus life.As the main position of cultivating talents,colleges and universities should pay full attention to it.This paper analyzes the problems faced by retired college students and probes into the effective ways to solve the adaptability problems of retired college students from the perspective of"three-wide education".
