Analysis of the development status of bamboo strip production machinery in Fujian Province
The bamboo board and household goods industry based on bamboo strips as raw material plays a major role in the bam-boo industry system.The initial processing of bamboo strips includes the following steps:sawing bamboo,breaking bamboo,rough planning,carbonization,drying,fine planning,and sorting and bundling.Due to the fact that some of the processing steps have not yet overcome the difficulties of automated production,there is no complete industrial application of automatic continuous production line equipment for bamboo processing,which greatly restricts the improvement and efficiency of the bamboo production and processing in-dustry.This paper expounds the present situation and existing problems of production machinery in each link of bamboo strip produc-tion,and the countermeasures to accelerate the development of high quality bamboo industry in Fujian Province at present,which pro-vides reference for the research and development of bamboo industry machinery and equipment in the future.
